My recent stay at Podere was a peaceful retreat among lush olive groves. The scenery is captivating, with good jogging tracks winding through the trees-perfect for those morning runs. The owner was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions, ensuring a smooth stay. I appreciated the BBQ area and found the apartment neat, with clean, great utensils for our family meals. The balcony offered a great view, ideal for enjoying a glass of local wine in the evenings. Just a heads-up, Follonica's beaches are about 14 km away by car, and don't expect much public transport, especially around Easter when most places close. On the bright side, Conad remains open during the holiday, and there's a penny store in town for essentials. All in all, Podere offers an authentic experience of nature's tranquility. If you're seeking a serene getaway, I think you'll find it here. Perfect for family or solo travelers!
